How does a session work? During a
Pilates session, Robin will lead you through a system of exercises
designed to progress in a seamless fashion advancing from one movement
to another on a mat. Pilates works to stretch overly tight
muscles, strengthen weaker ones & balance movement patterns by
balancing muscle groups.
Why? This training emphasizes
muscular-skeletal balance & focused breathing to give you a flat
stomach, slender thighs, lean but muscular arms and a strong back.
